Womb to World Yoga Circle is a gentle, donation-based yoga community created for women seeking supportive movement, reconnection to self and education. Imagine, a yoga community for women exclusively. Our circle is a safe space for women seeking each other. Let’s focus our attention to our bodies. Our wombs. All are created and birthed through the womb, the portal of life.
Repeat these affirmations.
My womb is wise.
My womb is sacred.
My journey with my body and movement has always encompassed a gentle flow and movements through yoga postures while holding space and honouring the breath. I would love to share body mind and soul connection this with you. Imagine moving your body while feeling grounded, soft and restored. With a strong focus on nervous system regulation, building strength without strain, emotional release and moments of calm for reflection.
As an, educator, full spectrum doula, prenatal postnatal and 200hr certified yoga teacher, my work is rooted in trauma-informed care. This space offers prenatal, postnatal, and yoga practices that honour the body through all seasons of life.
Our Community Includes:
WhatsApp community chat
Monthly circle to share and journal
Sliding scale private sessions
Prenatal and postnatal education woven into classes
Accessible to all levels, slow-paced, and adaptable
Virtual or private in-person sessions in Mississauga
Please join me as I create a community of women who crave gentle movement. Our classes are designed to be beginner friendly, offering yoga and doula care bundles if you seek more support off the mat. Babies are always welcome to join you, and strongly encouraged to move alongside you.
This is a space to breathe, soften, and be held without pressure, performance, or perfection.
This is a community-based offering. Please come as you are and share what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or simply craving slow, supportive gentle movement — this space is created for you.
