One Year of Heart Work

Hey Ms Norbi Educator Doula was founded one year ago. As I look back on this first year, I’m filled with gratitude and awe. This journey of entrepreneurship has been one of love, learning, and growth—both personally and professionally.

I’m proud of the care, energy, and passion I’ve poured into this work—and even more grateful for the trust, encouragement, and support that so many families, colleagues, and community members have shared in return.

Merging Two Passions: Education and Doula Care

Hey Ms Norbi was born from the union of my two deepest callings: being an educator and being a doula. Together, they form the foundation of what I call heart work—the work that connects, uplifts, and empowers me.

Through this business, I’ve created a space where I can show up as my full self: to care, support, and educate others as they move through life’s most transformative stages. Whether it’s guiding families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, or navigating the school system, every moment of support is built on compassion and connection.

The Power of Advocacy and Connection

At the core my work lies advocacy—helping individuals and families find their voice. When we can advocate for ourselves and others, we begin to experience true empowerment.

That’s where the magic happens—when the connection is real, people feel seen, heard, and understood. Advocacy isn’t just about speaking up—it’s about listening, understanding, and building community.

Wraparound Care for Every Stage

What I love about being an educator is the opportunity to be a lifelong learner and share my knowledge with others. What I love about being a doula is the ability to provide wraparound care—supporting the whole family with compassion, information, and hands-on help.

From planning for pregnancy and preparing for birth, to navigating the early postpartum days and beyond, Hey Ms Norbi offers continuous, flexible support. Whether you need prenatal and pregnancy support, daytime and overnight postpartum care, newborn guidance, or educational support for your growing child, I’m here for you.

And because accessibility matters, I’m proud to offer services in English, French, and Spanish—supporting families from all walks of life across the GTA and beyond.

Looking Ahead

As Hey Ms Norbi celebrates its first year, I’m reflecting on what’s been built—and dreaming about what’s next. My goal remains simple yet powerful: to help families feel confident, cared for, and connected at every stage of their journey.
