Daytime Postpartum Care

Service Description

Foundational Nurturing - 12 hours In-home visits (minimum 4 hours each) - Basic newborn care guidance (feeding, diapering, bathing, etc.) - Emotional support and active listening for parents - Light housekeeping of baby’s items (laundry, bottle cleaning, tidying nursery) Holistic Empowerment - 20 hours in-home visits (minimum 4 hours each) - 24/7 text or call support for urgent questions - Sleep routine guidance for newborns - Nursing and/or bottle-feeding support - Partner and family integration guidance - Postpartum recovery guidance for birthing parent (physical and emotional) - Light housekeeping of baby’s items Elite Compassionate Care - 24 hours in-home visits (minimum 4 hours each) - Unlimited phone, text, and email support during the package duration - Newborn care education customized to family needs - Lactation consultations and troubleshooting - Nutrition and meal planning for postpartum recovery - Comprehensive sleep and schedule guidance for baby - Light housekeeping of baby’s items Add-On Services - additional costs apply - Postpartum Doula Overnight Care (minimum 8-hour shifts) - Sibling care during postpartum adjustment - Specialized workshops (e.g., postpartum planning, mindful parenting) - Extended support beyond 6 weeks
