Service Description

Prenatal Support - Create a birth plan that aligns with your goals and values. - 2 prenatal visits (in person or virtual) to develop your birth plan, discuss comfort techniques, and address questions and concerns. - Practice comfort measures such as breathing techniques, labour positions, and mindfulness exercises. - Ongoing support via text, email, or phone during your pregnancy for reassurance and guidance. Birth Support - On-call availability 24/7 starting at 37 weeks until birth. - Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labour and birth. - Assistance with comfort measures such as breathing techniques, positioning, and relaxation strategies. - Physical comfort techniques such as massage, counter pressure, and hot/cold therapy. - Assistance in maintaining focus and relaxation. - Advocacy to ensure your preferences are respected while navigating decisions with your care team. Postpartum Support - 2 postpartum visits to debrief your birth experience, provide emotional support, and address newborn care or feeding concerns. - Customized resource list for postpartum recovery, newborn care, and holistic healing. Bonus Support - additional costs apply - Prenatal postnatal yoga sessions - Daytime or overnight postpartum support - Lactation support, child birth education, parenting classes - Private tutoring sessions school aged children Kindergarten - Grade 10
